The
Waterford Estates Lodge is a unique condominium hotel built on two levels and
located in Lansing, Michigan. Remodelled in 2007, it is a choice location for
wedding receptions, business retreats or luncheons, family reunions, or simply
for throwing a party.
The lodge includes 144 units, with 15 suites and
also has two handicap-accessible rooms. The 7,000 square feet of meeting space
with flexible configurations accommodates both large and small gatherings in a
range of different settings.
A restaurant, lounge, a large ballroom, and six
meeting rooms round off the facilities and the location also has an indoor pool,
a hot tub, a fitness centre and a playroom for kids.
The close proximity to the Michigan State
football stadium makes the lodge a popular choice for game weekends and special
