The
Grand Winston Hotel is in the vibrant heart of the Plaspoelpolder
area of Rijswijk. It was named after the famous statesman Sir
Winston Churchill, and with good reason. Here you will find ultimate
luxury and comfort in surroundings of bold and tasteful design.
Churchill’s love for good food and drink is reflected in the
excellent catering. Apart from the brasserie called The Grand
Canteen, there is Restaurant LEDS, which is the exclusive restaurant
of the hotel.

The Deluxe rooms are spacious and
have a special design. The bathroom has glass triangular walls
providing a very special effect. The ceiling is no less than three
metres high. All the Deluxe rooms have television with pay-TV,
mini-bar, air conditioning, safe (laptop format), desk with extra
surface and facilities to connect up computer and fax, trouser
press, bathroom with massage shower or bath with jet-streams, toilet
and hairdryer. Our Deluxe rooms are designed for double occupancy.
They have two single beds (twin) or one large double bed.
The
54 Executive rooms are provided with all the facilities a modern
business guest wishes for a pleasant stay.
The 7 Junior suites have a surface area of 35 m² and have a living
room and bedroom
The 7 Apartment suites are designed for guests who have a longer
stay in mind. All the apartments have a kitchen. Each apartment has
a total area of 75 m², making the apartment also ideally suited for
meetings.

have Roel Gilissen as executive chef. The high-class restaurant of
The Grand Winston, Restaurant LEDS, has a reputation for superb food
and quality service.
Restaurant LEDS is the ideal place
for a festive lunch or dinner in a very special atmosphere. The
daring design and a wall with 3000 LED lights helped to create the
ambiance. The modern cooking style of Roel Gilissen and his brigade
will ensure a memorable eating experience.
The
Grand Canteen is a brasserie with an informal atmosphere and it also
has an extensive, internationally oriented menu selection. Alongside
excellent fish dishes, steaks and pasta, you can enjoy high-class
sandwiches, vegetarian dishes, salads and hamburgers.
Relax and feel at home in the living room of The Grand Winston
Hotel. Enjoy a fresh espresso, a cold pilsner beer or a cocktail
prepared by our bartender.
Our wine collection is stored in a special climate-controlled space,
The Dom Pérignon Winery, named after the famous monk from the 18th
century who perfected the method for producing champagne. You can
take a look on request. In addition, the Winery can be booked for an
aperitif. For small groups, we can arrange special dinner parties
focusing on special wines.
